1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly (Click here).



2. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

  1. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

  1. Disengage the 2 wire harness clamps and separate the crankshaft position sensor wire harness.

  1. Remove the bolt and nut and the crankshaft position sensor and No. 1 cylinder block insulator.
